We empower individuals and families to overcome challenges and achieve self-sufficiency by supporting: education and training, access to resources, building networks, advocacy and representation, and mental and emotional support.

Our goal is to create pathways to success by offering educational programs, mentorship, and scholarships for youth and adults. Education is key to breaking cycles of poverty and creating opportunities for personal and professional development.

EOM Minerva Corporation is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on society. Named in honor of Engaward Odell Myatt, our foundation stands for compassion, service, and support for those in need. With a focus on addressing critical community needs, we serve as a bridge between community organizations, youth, other nonprofits, and churches, fostering collaboration and growth.
What We Do
Our work spans several key areas:
- Community Outreach: We support underserved communities by providing essential resources, organizing food drives, and hosting community-building events.

I am attending LSU in Baton Rouge for my undergraduate degree majoring in Pre-Medical, Chemistry. After graduation I plan to attend Medical school on my journey to becoming an anesthesiologist.

EOM Minerva Corporation proudly recognizes John Myatt, the son of our beloved Engaward Odell Myatt, for his remarkable journey of service, leadership, and dedication to community empowerment.
From his early beginnings as a Tutor, John demonstrated a heart for teaching, mentoring, and uplifting others. His passion for education and his commitment to helping young people succeed set the foundation for a career of purpose-driven leadership.
Today, John serves as Program Director, Stair in Birmingham, Alabama, a role in which he continues to make a lasting impact. His work stands as a shining example of how vision, compassion, and perseverance can transform lives.
John Myatt's story is more than a list of accomplishments - it is a testament to the legacy of Engaward Odell Myatt and a reflection of the values at the heart of EOM Minerva Corporation: service, education, and community advancement.
